Title: Interlaced to progressive via component
Post by: Jopapa on March 28, 2004, 02:37:33 PM
Knowing that the VD-Z3 only accepts a progressive signal, is there any easy or affordable way to upscan interlaced signals to progressive scan? Case in point, I plan to get a VD-Z3 to use with an XBox, DVD player, and a GC, but knowing that still a few XBox (and most CG) games only output an interlaced signal makes me wonder about the possibility of a box that can accept the interlaced component signal and output a progressive signal via component, but when it's being fed a progressive signal, simply pass the signal through.

Anyone go cross-eyed yet?
