I'VE GOT A MODCHIP FOR A JAPANESE SATURN TO PLAY PIRATED CD, I'VE TRIED TO INSTALL IT ON MY AMERICAN BLACK SATURN BUT IT WOULDN'T WORK! ( I KNOW THAT PIRATING IS BAD AND IT SHOULD DIE BUT I'M JUST TRYING EXPERIMENTS ON MY SATURN IF IT WILL WORK ) CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME WHY? :)

I could probably tell you why it doesn't work, but, I'm not going to, atleast not with a post like:

edit: I guess if you really wanna know, you could try posting over on Segaxtreme (http://www.phantasy-star-universe.com) they've got a fairly good saturn tech division, just don't talk about piracy, ask for games, or post dumb things like above.
