I'm in the process of installing this sega cdx/md2's din socket,into a white pc engine,for the rgb mod and i can only find the pinouts for the front of this connector,and without my multi metre , i'm at a dead end,and i'm dying to see what my newly aquired pc engine briefcase setup ,will look like at it's best.

Without a multimeter or logic problem, I would use a poor man's continuity tester when trying to trace circuits with no components or live voltage. Small battery, resistor, a little 3v LED. When the diode lights up, you know you have the two ends of your circuit mapped.
lol,i was going to add this to my post ;
"oh,and i can't use my homemade tester(LED ,battery doings)as this was using the battery borrowed from my multi metre,which is now empty,hence ,no multi metre."
All fixed,thanks to a member of sega-16 website,and also a member on here i believe,TmEE .
