Title: NES; SNES; N64 NTSC-US
Post by: simonbelmont2 on May 17, 2009, 06:18:00 PM
A friend of mine want to buy these consoles. These are his problems:
1. His TV support only PAL and SECAM.
2. He doesn't want to mod the consoles.
So, is there a way to create some cables to view in color NTSC games (not black and white) on his TV or to buy the cables?
Thanks!

There are cheap NTSC to PAL converters available all over the place, BUT the output will be PAL-60 which means his TV needs to be able to display 60Hz. Tell us which TV he's using. It's highly unlikely that any TV produced in the past 15 years cannot display NTSC - or at least - 60Hz RGB.

I think his TV support RGB 60 or PAL 60 because he have a SEGA GENESIS 1 model with RGB cable and the games are view in color.
So any sugesstions?
Thanks
