FMT-3631 RGB In Window Accelerator pinout

Hey guess who got their MA running 100%? This guy! The last remaining piece was the passthrough port used by the FMT-3631 accelerator to use Hi-Res mode. Just a note, I'm not 100% sure about the 07-09 grounds or if csync needs to go somewhere in particular. This pinout works 100% on my MA in all resolution from 15/24/31khz to hi-res mode. I wasn't too excited to remove components from the video card to properly trace and was rather lazy while making the cable. I was just modifying the DB15 end of a VGA converter I had laying around
