Thanks to all for reporting these issues, I will do the best I can to try and resolve these problems for a small update. Working on getting a SASI machine to do further testing on real hardware.

X68000 Software / Re: Looking for the Macintosh ...
Last post by letchuck - Today at 07:50:00 AM
Hi, I'm trying to launch the Mac emulator on my X68000 XVI compact. I followed the instruction kindly given by Retrobits under his YouTube video:

- Extract the software: Iha x macos.Izh
- Put a blank 1.2MB floppy in the second drive and run the f512 command to format it. Hit 'y' to accept
- Write an 800k Mac image to the disk: conv finder.mac
- Add the ROM to the startup d file: db rom, 1e0000 < a
- Configure how much RAM you have, e.g. 8MB: cst 8m
- Run start2.bat to launch the emulator.

As I have a compact, I'm using a 3.25 floppy, but I think that I don't go so far that the emulator try to boot the disk. When I launch start2.bat, I have only a black screen.

Can you help me to make it run?
Thanks :-)

I would like to know from those who use HENKAN BANCHO PRO, what size of clusters do you set for formatting?

Tests carried out on the X68000 XVI, 12MB RAM (TSR brand) on HENKAN BANCHO PRO.

Same.

On my Expert with Henkan Bancho Pro and 10MB of RAM, the game is fine. On my XVI with Henkan Bancho Pro and 12MB of RAM, I get a black screen (crash) after the loading screen in either 10/16MHz mode.

Does Super Hang-On start on the Expert II?

Quote from: kanjiology on Today at 06:10:44 AMKnight Arms works fine on my X68000 PRO on a BlueSCSI V2.
x68000 PRO ( CZ-652C ) uses a Hitachi HD68HC000 10 MHz CPU which is different from the XVI ( CZ-634C ) which uses a Motorola 68000 16 MHz CPU.

This difference makes older systems more compatible, however a XVI makes games much faster.

Maybe using a modified game image would fix the problem? I hope incrediblehark can solve these problems with the next versions.

Quote from: z964 on May 02, 2024, 03:06:17 PMThose TC511000P-10 chips are DRAM, and the YAMASHITA MCC-1 is a DRAM controller, so it's definitely a ram board.  Here's a data sheet for the ram chips: https://datasheetspdf.com/mobile/1091318/Toshiba/TC511000P-10/1

Beyond that, my searching hasn't turned up anything useful.

Thanks for that!  This is the first card I have not been able to identify.

If the chips are 1MBit each and there's 16, that should be a 2MByte RAM board I think?
