These are brand new, never played pads that look just like the original American-released Sega Saturn pads. Two are silver, two transparent. The electronics have been removed, but the pads are perfectly functional with everything you need inside to make your own custom 9-button pads.
Each pad includes the PCB, buttons, d-pad, and all the rubber button bits. Add your own cable and they're ready to go.
