I am indeed using editdisk.
Read somewhere that it can cause corruption of files but opening two instances of it means you can drag and drop from one to the other, worth the risk for me as long as you have a backup before you begin. Can also export folders straight to PC desktop and get file/folder sizes from a top level without any fannying about
I assume the emulator can mount more than one .HDS image at once? Then it would be a matter of copying from one drive to another using LHES or something? It still leaves me with the dilemma of how that will be written back to the CF once i'm done though.
Apologies if the questions seem noob-esque, i'm used to working on an Amiga file system. Far more straight forward, can mount the CF directly into an emulator and it has visibility of local PC drives so you literally drag from PC desktop straight to CF and bang that into the Amiga and it's good to go. The x68000, not so straight forward unless i've missed something.
