SNES PPU1 Pin 23

Does anyone know what this pin does or where I can find a pinout for PPU1?

I managed to lift pin 23 as well as pin 24 when doing the 50/60Hz mod and my SNES now has weird graphics glitches in some games (others appear fine).

I can't just stick it down because the trace came up with the pin.

Basically I need an alternative point to connect it to.

All help is greatly appreciated.

I found that pin 23 is ground, lucky for me.

I just ran it to G on the voltage regulator and it now works fine.
