So,we have the standard NTSC to PAL60 conversor for any device, and then we have the ones made for an specific system.

My questions are:

a) the second ones output to PAL60 or to PAL50?

B) If they output to PAL60, will be feasible to modify then to put RCA females in the console cable?

I ask because the second one is like 33% the price of the first one.

Here goes:

1. It outputs 60Hz, meaning PAL60.

2. Not sure what you mean actually.. You want to convert the frequency from 60 to 50 by yourself?

One thing worth mentioning is that the more expensive converter you got there is quite bad stuff. I havent tried the cheaper one, but from own experiences I can testify that the multi-device PAL Booster does a so-so job. Just a tip..

I mean use the device-specific one and convert it in a generic one by adding the inputs.
