I can't help but assume this is a joke.

When you download the new BIOS image from the manufacturer of your mobo it comes with a flashing program, and instructions for use.

It's entirely possible that Gary is asking for help flashing a BIOS on a device other than a PC. Specific to our world of gaming, I can think of the Xbox and the Sega CD as devices witha BIOS that would be worthy of flashing or replacing. Of course, specific information would lend itself logically to independent verification.
