Title: Looking to buy x68000 compact
Post by: Elrinth on January 03, 2017, 09:53:17 PM
Yeah as title suggests, I'd like to purchase such a computer. I can pay via paypal.
I'm interested in all compact models which aren't 68030.

Hi,

what country do you live?

I have a Compact which I rarely use, opting to use my ACE HD most of the time instead.

Depends on where you are and how much you want to spend....

The system has 10mb of memory, an FPU, a midi board, and internal Aztec Moster. Both floppies work but drive 0 is a little temperamental. Fully recapped.

Col

I am in the UK

I'm in Sweden.

Wow you have like the complete stuff you'd want inside. How much money (excl shipping) were you thinking for it? I'd like to buy it from you. Do you take paypal?
Also can you check how much shipping would be? Also, please pack it so it can take some punch, because you never know how shipping companies deal with your packages these days.

Just PM me with an offer (exc shipping)

Everything here cost me a pretty penny plus shipping from Japan!
(the 'bare' Compact cost £400 inc. shipping and it needed recapping)

Don't really want to sell, but it's a shame it's gathering dust in the cupboard.

Anyway, I will consider a 'fair' offer. Or you could just opt to buy part of the setup??

P.S. I also have other stuff, like Keyboard and Mouse adapters
I'll post a picture when I get time, a video too..

Seems X-Col couldn't get it working properly and was generous enough to tell me about it. Now I'm in search of a x68k compact again...
