This may have been asked before somewhere (I did search here and google), but I wanna do some game reviews and all my many old school systems have RGB output via SCART. Does anyone know of a PC capture card that can input SCART RGB?

Micomsoft appears to make the best solution for 240p RGB capture. Using this card in conjunction with the XSYNC-1 (could be modified for SCART pinout) would yield the best results. There's a dedicated thread over on shmups for this line:

yeah, ive been wondering how well the terratec G3 works. has anyone tried one?
its an external capture device with composite, svideo, and scart input.

The Terratec G3 likely only captures composite/audio signals from the SCART connector.
the terratec website doesnt list any details. it just simply says "scart" connection. doesnt say what kind.
i wanted to send terratec an email about this but i couldnt find an email address. the only thing they have listed are phone no's in Europe.
